The 2010 Registration is now open On-Line at www.cambridgefootball.ca and we will be having two Live Registration dates in January.
The Registration Fee for OVFL Cambridge Lions Football this season is set at $440.00 which still keeps us the lowest priced Varsity Football Program in Southern Ontario. To ease the process I have attached an OVFL Registration that needs to be completed even if you have registered On Line. This form is the foundation of your Insurance Documentation and is required by the OVFL.
Note: If you have already Registered and Paid On-Line Please complete the Enclosed Form and either return by Mail or Bring it to one of our Live Registration Dates below
We need to ensure you are registered with the OVFL prior to any Activities such as Gym or Dome session in February and March. This year for sure you will not be assigned equipment or allowed to work out prior to being registered.
Note: Please ensure prior to making any decisions based on financially commitment that you contact either Alan Fawell or Myself
So How do I Register ?
Option #1 – Go On Line and Register and Pay On-Line. Then complete the OVFL Registration Form and mail back to me ( See Address Below). You can also use this process if you do not want to pay with Credit Card. You can Mail Cheque to Address Below. Please see Ensure Cheques are Made Out to CMFA or Cambridge Minor Football Association not Cambridge Lions
Option #2 – Come to one of our Live Registration in January.
Note: Again to expedite the process please feel free to complete the registration form prior to coming to the registration. Also we could always use fresh updated photos for the registration process.
